What is the Content Value?

What is the level of network performance?

Guaranteed – managed uncontended networks. Typically, with high service level agreement targets and guaranteed network performance characteristics, guaranteed predictable data rate, jitter and packet-loss. May include multiple diverse traffic-engineered routes and high levels of resilience. Examples include dedicated broadcast networks and uncontended satellite.

Managed – managed networks that may be contended. Typically, with lower service level agreement targets and with variable network performance characteristics such as variable data rate, jitter and packet-loss. Examples include general purpose enterprise networks.
